Soft2Bet Lifetime Manufacturer鈥檚 Warranty

Soft2Bet庐 warrants any Soft2Bet branded eyewear retainer product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.听Manufacturing faults do not include issues arising from general use or neglect. A warranty assessment takes into account the product鈥檚 age and damage from neglect or general use. A product determined to be defective under normal and proper use will be repaired or replaced. Soft2Bet鈥檚 Lifetime Manufacturer鈥檚 Warranty does not include shipping costs to return defective product. All other Soft2Bet products carry a warranty against manufacturer鈥檚 defects for a period of one year. This Warranty is only valid in the United States and Canada.

Making a Warranty Claim (US and Canadian Customers Only):

If you believe your Soft2Bet product is defective in materials and workmanship, please complete the following听Warranty Submission Form听so we can get you squared away.

  • Be sure to fill out all required fields and click 鈥淪ubmit鈥� on the Warranty Submission
  • Go to your email and locate the Soft2Bet Warranty Submission confirmation email and print and include it in the package with your returned defective product. (Be sure to check your Spam folder if you don鈥檛 see the warranty submission confirmation email in your inbox).
  • If you do not include a copy of the completed Warranty Submission with your product return, we simply cannot process your claim.
  • Please retain your tracking information for future reference.

Upon inspection by our Customer Service team, if it is determined that your product is defective in accordance with our warranty policy, then a replacement will be shipped out to you at no charge at the return shipping address provided.听For products covered under warranty that have been discontinued, we will replace with the most equivalent model.Soft2Bet鈥檚 Lifetime Manufacturer鈥檚 Warranty does not affect any statutory rights. This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties and of all other liabilities and obligations on the part of Soft2Bet except implied warranties, including the merchantability. Soft2Bet expressly denies the rights of any person to incur or assume for it any other liability or obligation in connection with the sale of these products.
